Can I get a refund on tickets purchased:

Once tickets are paid for there are no refunds issued unless there is a cancellation by the promoter.

What if I get stuck in traffic and miss the show?

It is the ticket holders responsibility to arrive to the venue on the date, at the time stipulated for the performance. If there is a problem due to an accident – we can ask the promoter for leniency to see if they are willing to swap you to another performance. But, it is not a guarantee, it is purely promoter discretion.  If you miss the performance there are no refunds given

How can I register to your mailing list?

Click the link on the home page that says “join our mailing list” and fill out the relevant fields

Do you offer any special pricing for large groups?

Yes sometimes promoters do, please contact us via email for any specific questions or requests.

Are cameras allowed in the venues?
Please refer to the specific venue related website for exact up to date information. Generally, still cameras are permitted, provided that they are non-professional cameras and the photos are intended for personal use only. No video cameras of any kind are allowed in the arena. Digital camera policies are different from arena to arena, so if you have concerns, please contact the specific arena in your area to verify policy details.

Can I bring my dog to the site?

We're sorry but apart from assistance dogs, no dogs are permitted into venues. But for the most up to date information please check the venue website.

Is medical assistance available?

Most venues have trained first aid staff on site if there’s an accident or incident. Please ask the nearest member of staff.

Do you store and destroy my details securely?

Yes we do. We are fully compliant with Data protection regulations and destroy any hand written details either on site in our shredders or using a professional secure organisation.

Disabled Facilities

Are there disabled facilities at venues?

Yes there is, although there can be limited spaces available so we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment

Are there special toilet and changing facilities for the disabled?

In most venues yes – but check the venue website for more details.
